​By booking, receiving, or purchasing services from Fertility By Naba, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

​1. Scope of Service and Disclaimer. The Ar-Rahim Womb Healing Ritual and all related services are offered as holistic and complementary practices intended to support spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being.

Crucial Disclaimer: Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed physician or fertility specialist. We do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medication, or guarantee medical results, including pregnancy.

​2. Financial Investment and Payment. Investment: The fee for the Ar-Rahim Womb Healing Ritual is $800 (Studio) or (Mobile).

Payment: Full payment or a required deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking to secure your confidential session.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable once the session is completed. Refunds for cancelled sessions are subject to the cancellation policy below.

​3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. We strictly enforce our cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all clients and protect the practitioner's time.

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

Less than 48 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit $50 cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled session (No-Show) without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee.

​4. Mobile Service Policy. Travel Fee: The $800 mobile service fee includes standard travel within New York and New Jersey. An additional travel fee may apply outside of this zone, which will be communicated prior to booking.

Client Responsibility: The client must provide a safe, private, and clean space for the session.

​5. Limitation of Liability. You understand that the healing and fertility outcomes are ultimately dependent on numerous factors outside of our control. Fertility by Naba is not liable for any specific outcomes related to health or fertility.

​6. Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New York and New Jersey
